DOUBLE FLANGE SLEWING BEARINGS, INNER GEAR TEETH OR WITHOUT GEAR TEETH, STANDARD HOLES OR NO HOLES
ISB slewing bearings in the standard ZK or NK lightweight series have one row of four contact point ball bearings with spacers in Nylon. They are made with forged rings which are then machined to obtain the characteristic double flanged shape. ISB ZK series slewing bearings have inner gear teeth, whilst the NK series is without gear teeth. ISB slewing bearings do not have washers, have good sliding properties and can be supplied with standard holes or without holes.
They are supplied pre-greased.
ADVANTAGES
ISB ZK and NK series slewing bearings are easy to mount due to the screw head space created inside the structure and the coaxiality of the fixing axle bases.
Each module code in the toothed series is 6mm, allowing coupling with a commercial pinion that is easy to source. ISB ZK and NK series slewing bearings can also rotate at high speed (30 rpm) under low loads.
SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES
Thanks to their lightweight flanged structure, ISB ZK and NK series slewing bearings can be used for vertical axial loads and modest to medium intensity tilting moments.
