FLANGED WASHERS WITH SINGLE BALL BEARING ROW, INNER GEAR TEETH, OUTER FLANGE, STANDARD SERIES OR PRECISION

ISB flanged washers in the ZBL standard series have one row of four contact point ball bearings with spacers in Nylon. These products are comprised of forged rings, which are machined to form a structure with an inner, square section, rigid toothed ring and an outer flanged ring. ISB slewing bearings in the ZBL standard series are supplied pre-greased.

ADVANTAGES
ISB flanged washers in the ZBL standard series represent a good compromise between performance and rigidity, with only one flanged ring. The real advantage of this structure lies in its easy assembly, whilst the double seal means it can be installed even in outdoor or dusty environments. ISB ZBL standard series slewing bearings can also rotate at high speed (30 rpm) under low loads.

SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES
ISB flanged washers in the ZBL standard series can be supplied in ZBL.20 S and ZBL.30 S versions for general applications, or in ZBL.20 P and ZBL.30 P precision versions, with almost no clearance in cases where the application requires extreme rigidity.
