Description
DESCRIPTION ISB produces angular contact ball bearings in a wide range of configurations. The most common are: single row angular contact ball bearings and double row angular contact ball bearings. ADVANTAGES ISB angular contact ball bearings can accommodate both radial and axial loads. Their load bearing capacity for combined loads increases proportionally as the contact angle increases. This feature is owing to the position of the inner and outer ring raceways. SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES Angular contact implies the angle between the line joining the contact points between the balls and the raceways on the radial plane, along which the load is transmitted from one race to another, and a perpendicular line to the bearing axis.
